"Digi Station" is designed to provide customers with a seamless and convenient banking experience, featuring cash deposit, clearing cheque deposit, cheque stop, cheque requisition, balance inquiries, cash withdrawal, and statement generation all seamlessly integrated into an automated ecosystem.
The Bank firmly believes that the launch of "Digi Station" will enhance convenience for customers. The Digi Station facility is currently set up at NMB Babarmahal Branch premises where users can now avail cash deposit facilities for amounts below 100,000 without any human assistance. Further, a cheque deposit kiosk and information kiosk provide facilities for cheque stop, cheque requisition and clearing cheque facilities along with statement and other account information.
