NMB Bank bags 2 awards at SAFA; award also includes acknowledgement for its best practice in Corporate Governance

NMB Bank has been awarded “SAARC Anniversary Awards for Corporate Governance 2018”. The award demonstrates the Bank’s commitment for high level of Corporate Governance standards and transparency. NMB has also been awarded with “Certificate of Merit” in South Asian Federation of Accounts (SAFA) Best Presented Annual Report Awards.

The Bank received the awards at a ceremony held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The awards under different categories are conferred on the basis of evaluation administered by SAFA’s Committee for Improvement in Transparency, Accountability & Governance, of the published annual reports of entries from South Asian countries.
