Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, payments, account updates, and service requests accurately and efficiently while complying with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, transactions, fees, policies, and procedures through various communication channels including in-person interactions, telephone calls, email correspondence, live chat, and digital platforms.
Investigate, manage, and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Maintain accurate customer records, transaction details, communication logs, and service requests within organizational systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Identify customer needs and promote relevant products and services through cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support business growth and customer retention.
Perform customer identity verification, due diligence procedures, fraud prevention activities, and compliance checks in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal departments including operations, sales, finance, technical support, compliance, and management to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
Educate customers on available products, services, digital platforms, self-service tools, mobile applications, and online systems to improve accessibility and customer convenience.
Monitor service quality standards, meet performance targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
